I’m actually the mailman for the butcher shop, every time I drop in I kept looking at the steaks and the coloration. They always looked fantastic, well the other day I had an amazing interaction with what felt like the owner. Anyways I leave my shift with a NY strip. I’ll just say after eating one of there cuts, you really can tell anything you’re getting at the supermarkets are NOT healthy and high quality cuts of meat.
I’m glad I finally got to try Owen’s Butcher Block and they are going to be my go to from now on!!
